Case Notes
This case involves a 40-year-old female patient who underwent a mommy makeover consisting of an extended breast lift using the anchor technique and a tummy tuck with muscle tightening and liposuction, following childbirth and significant weight loss (over 150 pounds total!!!). The procedures targeted the abdomen, flanks, arms, waist, hips, and breasts. The post-operative images taken five months after surgery show the removal of excess skin and fat from the treated areas, resulting in a more contoured abdominal profile. The breast lift has elevated and reshaped the breast tissue without implants; Dr. Isakson extended the side of the breast incision to include extra skin in the bra line (trading this extra stuff for a fine line scar). Notable changes include improved abdominal tone and a smoother contour of the torso. Maximum contours and removal of skin would have been accomplished with a fleur-de-lis pattern tummy tuck but that would have left this beautiful patient with a long vertical scar in the middle of her tummy - she is very happy with the compromise... Excellent results and still ready for a bikini!
