Case Description: A 37-year-old female patient underwent a mommy makeover, which included breast augmentation with 485cc moderate profile gummy-bear silicone implants placed under the muscle, combined with a mastopexy to lift the breasts. Additionally, an extended tummy tuck was performed, featuring muscle tightening, umbilical transposition, and liposuction targeting the abdomen, flanks, waist, and hips. The post-operative photos taken three months after surgery show a more defined abdominal contour and a reduction in the abdominal protrusion. The breasts appear elevated with enhanced shape and volume. These changes are consistent with the procedural goals and techniques employed. She is thrilled to feel comfortable in a swimsuit again - even a bikini!!!
