This case involves a 22-year-old female patient who underwent bilateral breast augmentation. She came to see Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Matthew Isakson with a goal of filling swimsuits and clothing better, without looking "overdone." They decided to utilize smooth round Motiva ERSD-320 moderate profile silicone implants, which were placed submuscularly through an inframammary fold (IMF) incision. At 6 weeks post-operative, the images exhibit an increase in breast volume and enhanced contour relative to the pre-operative state. The positioning of the implants has resulted in a natural appearance with symmetry between both breasts. Post-operative recovery appears typical with visible but normal surgical markings that are expected to fade over time.
