This case features a female patient who underwent breast augmentation with submuscular placement of cohesive gel silicone implants, utilizing an inframammary fold (IMF) incision. The procedure was performed to modify the breast contour by increasing volume and enhancing shape. Post-operative images taken three months after the surgery show the breasts appearing fuller and more symmetrical, with the IMF incisions healing as expected. The positioning of the implants beneath the muscle allows for a natural contour of the upper breast region, effectively integrating with the patient's anatomical structure. The skin tone and texture remain consistent with pre-operative conditions, demonstrating normal post-surgical healing without visible complications.
