This case involves a bilateral breast augmentation performed on a female patient using Allergan silicone gel implants. She was evaluated by Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Matthew Isakson in consultation. Ultimately they decided that a bilateral breast augmentation using silicone implants would address her concerns and lifestyle the best. The implants were placed submuscularly through inframammary fold incisions. The post-operative results, observed at 3 months, show an increase in breast volume and enhanced contouring of the chest area. The positioning of the implants under the muscle has allowed for a natural slope of the upper breast, while maintaining defined cleavage. The surgical incisions appear well-healed with minimal visible scarring. This procedure aimed to achieve a balanced augmentation that complements the patient's physique while adhering to safety protocols and utilizing advanced surgical techniques.
