Case Notes
This case involves a 61-year-old female patient who underwent bilateral breast implant exchange with mastopexy and an anchor technique for breast lift and reduction. The procedure was necessitated by a ruptured saline implant on the left side. The before image displays the pre-operative state with notable asymmetry and ptosis. The after image, taken three months post-operation, shows corrected symmetry and positioning of the breasts. The surgical interventions have resulted in a more uniform appearance with both nipples aligned at similar heights. Post-operative images also show well-healed incisions following the anchor pattern used in both the lift and reduction procedures. She loves her new perky look and better symmetry. She has peace of mind with gummy-bear style implants that will not leave her with a "flat tire" if they rupture, either!
