Patient Information
Case Notes
This case involves a 33-year-old female patient who underwent bilateral avulsion brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, complemented by liposuction. This technique allows for preservation of nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatics of the arm, leading to an even more rapid recovery! The procedure aimed at reducing excess skin and adipose tissue from the upper arms. The before image displays significant sagging and laxity of the skin beneath the arms. Three months post-operation, the after image reveals a noticeable reduction in skin redundancy and a more contoured appearance of the arms. A surgical scar is visible along the inner aspect of each arm, indicating the incision lines used during the procedure. This outcome illustrates the changes achieved in arm contour following this specific surgical technique at three months post-procedure.
