This case involves a 41-year-old female patient who underwent a Mommy Makeover procedure complemented by and abdominoplasty with muscle tightening, liposuction, and fat transfer to the breasts. The images provided display results approximately 7 weeks post-operation. She came to find Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Isakson after having 2 children and losing about 90 pounds! You can see a particularly challenging contour on top of her hips that is frequently inadequately addressed by other surgeons. You can see in the after-photos a smooth and youthful contour from the top of her tummy to the top of her thighs - no extra bulge or skin anywhere!! Notably, there is a visible reduction in abdominal volume and enhanced contouring of the waistline. The abdominal skin appears smoother and tighter following the procedure. Additionally, the muscle tightening of 8cm has contributed to a more defined abdominal profile.
