Case Notes
This case involves a 44-year-old female who underwent bilateral breast augmentation. The procedure entailed the placement of Natrelle Inspira SSM moderate profile 445 cc gummy-bear (cohesive gel) silicone implants, positioned submuscularly through inframammary fold incisions. The images presented here display the patient's appearance three months post-operatively. The post-operative photographs reveal an increase in breast volume and a change in breast contour. The positioning of the implants beneath the muscle allows for a natural slope at the upper pole of the breasts, while maintaining defined cleavage. The inframammary incisions utilized in this procedure typically contribute to discreet scarring, as evidenced by the minimal visible markings in the after photo.
