This case involves a 49-year-old female who underwent a Mommy Makeover consisting of a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast augmentation with lift. The procedures targeted the abdomen, flanks, waist, and breasts. The breast augmentation was performed using smooth round cohesive gel silicone implants with moderate profile and projection, placed submuscularly. An anchor technique was utilized for the bilateral breast lift. Three months post-operatively, the images exhibit a more defined abdominal contour with reduced excess skin and fat. The umbilicus has been repositioned to achieve a natural appearance. Breast contours are noticeably enhanced; they appear fuller and are elevated to a higher position on the chest wall, contributing to a more youthful profile.
