Case Notes
Case Description: This gallery entry presents a 37-year-old female patient who underwent breast augmentation with lift, specifically utilizing moderately cohesive gel implants placed half under the muscle. The implants selected were round with moderate height, profile, and projection. An anchor or wise pattern technique was employed for the mastopexy augmentation. Two months post-operation, the images exhibit excellent changes in breast contour and position. The breasts appear elevated with increased fullness particularly in the upper pole, which is consistent with the chosen implant characteristics and surgical approach. The incisions typical of the anchor lift are positioned around the areola, vertically down to the breast crease and along the inframammary fold, which may fade over time. This case highlights technical aspects of achieving an altered breast silhouette through precise surgical techniques and implant selection.
