Submental liposuction #22593

This case involves a 26-year-old female patient who underwent submental liposuction. The procedure was performed in-office while the patient was awake, focusing on the reduction of submental fullness and patient comfort. She came in after breakfast and picked up lunch on the way home! Pre-operative and post-operative images, taken six months apart, demonstrate the changes in the contour of the patient’s neck and jawline. The pre-operative photo shows marked submental fullness with a delineated area for targeted fat removal. Post-operatively, there is a noticeable reduction in fullness beneath the chin, leading to a more defined neck and jawline silhouette. Just a few days of a jaw bra compression (and a few more at night only), and she was back to her normal self!
