This case involves a 72-year-old female patient who underwent a bilateral avulsion arm lift (brachioplasty) combined with liposuction, documented here at the three-month post-operative mark. The before image displays considerable upper arm skin laxity and adiposity, typical for individuals of this demographic without prior surgical intervention. Following the procedure, the after image reveals a notable reduction in excess skin and fat, resulting in a more contoured appearance of the upper arms. The surgical technique applied allowed for the removal of redundant tissue while aiming to maintain symmetry between both arms - at a cost of a frequently difficult to hide scar.
