The patient's medical history included significant weight loss (150 pounds!) following childbirth. The procedure aimed to address excess skin and localized fat deposits along the upper arms. The pre-operative image displays noticeable sagging and uneven skin texture. Post-operatively, there is a visible reduction in excess skin and a smoother contour of the arm. The surgical scars are healing as expected at this stage, positioned discreetly along the inner aspects of the upper arms to minimize visibility.
