Case Notes
This case involves a 33-year-old female patient who underwent breast augmentation with an anchor lift. She had two children and breastfed them; she wanted an improvement in volume but also perkiness or less sag. She consulted with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Matthew Isakson for treatment. She traveled from far out of town and wanted a relatively rapid recovery with occasional virtual followups. The procedure utilized submuscular (dual-plane or half under the muscle) placement of smooth round highly cohesive silicone gel implants, with moderate height and projection. The post-operative images, taken three months after the surgery, display an elevation in the position of the breasts along with increased fullness. The anchor lift technique has allowed for reshaping and repositioning, resulting in a more elevated breast contour. Visible changes include improved symmetry and shape of the breasts relative to the patient's frame.
