This case features a 38-year-old female patient who underwent a mommy makeover after a 70 pound weight loss and having children. Her procedure with Dr. Isakson consisted of a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with lift. The procedures involved the use of full-profile, round cohesive gel implants (Natrelle Inspira SSF 485cc), placed subfascially (above the muscle), and an anchor technique for the breast lift. Additionally, the tummy tuck included muscle tightening by 7cm and umbilical transposition. The post-operative photos taken three months after surgery show a notable improvement in abdominal contour with a reduction in excess skin and a more defined waistline. The breasts appear fuller and are elevated to a higher position on the chest wall, achieving a more youthful silhouette. These results highlight the changes in body contour and breast aesthetics achieved through these surgical interventions.
