This case involves a 34-year-old female who underwent bilateral breast lift with augmentation. The procedure utilized smooth Natrelle Inspira SRM round cohesive gel (aka Gummy-Bear style) implants, each with a volume of 405 cc and a moderate profile. The implants were placed submuscularly and combined with an anchor breast lift technique to address significant asymmetry between the breasts. Post-operative images taken six months after surgery show improved symmetry and contour of the breasts. The position of the nipples has been elevated to achieve a more natural alignment, and the overall shape of the breasts is more balanced though some underlying musculoskeletal asymmetry remains.
