Case Notes
This case features a 31-year-old patient who underwent a breast augmentation with lift, specifically using round cohesive gel implants with low height and moderate profile. She came to see Dr. Isakson after breastfeeding to see about a natural look that could return some of the volume she felt when breastfeeding. She did not want an unnatural or overly augmented look. The implants were placed submuscularly and the breast lift was performed using an anchor technique. Six months post-operation, the images display changes in breast contour and position. The breasts exhibit increased fullness and elevation, aligning more centrally beneath the nipple-areola complex. The surgical approach aimed to achieve a natural-looking enhancement while addressing original breast positioning. Observations from the before-and-after photographs indicate a successful adjustment in both volume and lift of the breasts without altering their fundamental character.
