This beautiful 51 year old mom came in deciding to finally treat herself. Despite having two children, she did not feel much sag and just wanted an improvement in volume. After discussion with Dr. Isakson, the decided a breast augmentation using highly cohesive implants (because she is so thin - and liked how they felt!) placed under the pectoralis muscle. We used Allergan SCM 310cc moderate profile implants to get her just the look she was going for. If you look carefully you can see that she has an element of scoliosis and shoulder drop - this makes her right breast look lower than her left, but that's a normal anatomic variation! She has small scars in her inframammary folds (IMF approach) that are well healed, well hidden even in these before and after photos!
