Case Notes
This case involves a 30-year-old female mom of three who underwent breast augmentation using highly cohesive gel implants from Motiva. She breastfed all of her children and loved having upper pole fullness when she was breastfeeding. She wanted an improvement in volume, and absolutely did not want a lift. She is highly athletic and did not want any violation of her muscle, so decided on implants above the muscle and under the fascia (subfascial or sub pectoral). The implants were placed subglandularly through an inframammary incision and supported with a GalaFLEX 3D mesh to provide support of the lower pole in the long term - nobody wants bottoming out! Two months post-operation, the before-and-after images exhibit changes in breast volume and contour. The after photo shows increased fullness particularly in the upper pole of the breasts, achieving a more pronounced profile. The positioning of the implants has maintained natural breast aesthetics while enhancing overall chest proportions. No complications are evident in the post-operative image, indicating a normal healing process at this stage. No rippling, excellent upper pole projection - modern implants, modern techniques can get great results!
