This case involves a female patient who underwent submuscular breast augmentation using cohesive gel silicone implants from Allergan. The procedure was performed through an inframammary fold (IMF) incision, with the implants placed in a dual plane beneath the pectoral muscles. The post-operative images taken three months after the surgery show the results of the implantation. Visibly, there is an increase in breast volume and a change in breast contour.
