This case involves a female patient who underwent breast augmentation with smooth round cohesive gel silicone implants, manufactured by Allergan. The implants were placed submuscularly through an inframammary fold (IMF) incision. The post-operative results, observed at three months, show an increase in breast volume and a more defined breast contour. The IMF incisions are positioned to minimize visible scarring. The placement under the muscle allows for a natural slope of the breast profile while maintaining the integrity of the implant positioning. This procedural choice aims to achieve aesthetic enhancement while respecting the natural anatomy of the patient's body. This shows a reasonably full upper pole while still maintaining harmony with her thin and athletic overall figure.
