Breast Augmentation #10883

Case Notes
This case involves a 33-year-old female patient who underwent breast augmentation with highly cohesive moderate profile gel implants from Allergan (365 cc), placed submuscularly through an inframammary incision. The patient, having breastfed two children, sought to address breast deflation while minimizing scarring. The post-operative photograph taken three months after the procedure shows the results of the implant placement. Notably, the breasts exhibit increased volume and enhanced contour relative to the pre-operative state. The inframammary incisions are discreetly positioned and designed to be less noticeable. This surgical approach was chosen to suit the patient's thin body type and preference for minimal visible scarring, aligning with her anatomical considerations. This particular case illustrates that even a moderate profile implant can have fairly dramatic results, particularly in very thin women. What a change!
