The patient, a 36-year-old female weighing 120 lbs, underwent bilateral breast augmentation. The procedure involved the placement of smooth round moderate profile cohesive gel implants (SRM 360) from Allergan. These implants were inserted submuscularly through an inframammary fold (IMF) incision. Five months post-operation, the images exhibit changes in breast contour and volume. The after photo shows the breasts with increased fullness and a natural positioning relative to her body proportions. The IMF incisions appear well-healed with minimal visible scarring. This is a good example of a mom who has lost volume but does not have dramatic sag - in these circumstances a breast augmentation without a lift can work wonders!
