This case involves a 19-year-old female patient who underwent bilateral breast augmentation. The procedure utilized smooth round Natrelle SCF 345cc highly cohesive full profile implants from Allergan, placed submuscularly through inframammary fold incisions. At six weeks post-operation, the images display the results of the surgery. The after photo shows an increase in breast volume and a change in breast contour relative to the pre-operative state. The positioning of the implants under the muscle is intended to provide a natural slope of the breast while maintaining a smooth contour at the implant edges. The surgical approach aimed to achieve aesthetic enhancement while respecting the patient's anatomical framework. Note that silicone implants are not FDA approved in patients younger than 21 and an off label use with extensive consent discussion to ensure understanding of this fact is required.
