Breast Augmentation #21732

This case involves a female patient who underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Allergan silicone gel implants. The implants selected were smooth, round, gummy-bear style and were placed submuscularly through an inframammary fold (IMF) incision. Three months post-operative images show the results of the procedure. The before photo displays the pre-operative condition with less volume and definition in the breast area. In contrast, the after photo reveals increased breast volume and a more rounded shape, achieving a natural contour. The positioning under the muscle has allowed for a smooth integration of the implants with the existing tissue structure, maintaining natural lines and symmetry between both breasts.
