This case involves a 23-year-old female who underwent bilateral breast augmentation. The procedure utilized smooth round Natrelle (Allergan) gummy-bear style full profile implants. These implants were placed submuscularly through an inframammary fold (IMF) incision. Her formal before and afters show that this is extremely well hidden even in revealing (or no) clothing. Five months post-operation, the images exhibit an increase in breast volume and a more rounded contour of the breasts. The positioning of the implants has allowed for a natural descent with symmetry between both breasts. The surgical sites show minimal visible scarring, indicating proper healing post-surgery. This outcome highlights the changes in breast profile and shape following the described surgical technique and implant selection.
