Breast Augmentation #21738

This case features a female patient who underwent breast augmentation with Low Plus profile Cohesive Silicone implants, placed in a submuscular position through an inframammary incision. The implants used were manufactured by Allergan. Pre-operatively, the patient's bra size was categorized as A. At three months post-operation, the images display an increase in breast volume and a change in breast contour. The surgical approach aimed to achieve a natural enhancement of the chest area with a focus on a symmetric and enhanced cleavage or upper pole area. The post-operative photographs show the breasts at an increased size with maintained symmetry and positioning of the nipples relative to each other, however some pre-existing asymmetries are still present. The goal of good upper pole symmetry was achieved.
