This case involves a 28-year-old female who underwent bilateral breast augmentation to enhance breast volume and shape. This mom of one has completed her family (so far!) and does not want or need a lift. She came to see Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Isakson to see what it would take to get a subtle but significant improvement in volume and cleavage. The procedure utilized smooth, round, moderate-profile silicone gel implants (445 cc SRM) from Allergan, placed submuscularly via inframammary incisions. The post-operative results, observed at four months, show an increase in upper-pole fullness and improved symmetry of the breasts. The implants have contributed to a more rounded contour while maintaining the natural appearance of the breast tissue. The patient's bra size remained consistent at D post-procedure, aligning with her pre-operative measurements. This outcome illustrates the physical changes achieved through precise surgical techniques and implant selection tailored to patient anatomy.
