44-year-old female following bilateral breast implant exchange with left total capsulectomy and right inferior capsulectomy performed to address left-sided capsular contracture. She came to see Board-Certified plastic surgeon Dr. Matthew Isakson with a history of over a year of pain and swelling on her left side. Dr. Isakson performed her capsulectomy which improved symmetry but relieved her pain - despite a big surgery she felt so much better even day 1 after surgery! Postoperative results shown.
