Case Notes
This case involves a 53-year-old female who underwent an extended breast lift using the anchor type scar technique, combined with an extended tummy tuck as part of a Mommy Makeover. She had kids as well as a 70 pound weight loss after bariatric surgery. Despite wanting more volume in her breasts she decided to stage her breast lift and implant procedure to lower her overall risk, particularly for revision. The procedures focused on enhancing the appearance of the abdomen, waist, hips, flanks, and breasts. At three months post-operation, the images exhibit a noticeable elevation and reshaping of the breast contour without changing her cleavage (that would need an implant). The abdominal area shows significant reduction in excess skin and improved contouring along the waistline. The surgical interventions were aimed at addressing skin laxity and adjusting body contours for a more defined silhouette. These photographs represent the patient's condition at three months following the procedures, highlighting the physical changes achieved through surgical intervention.
