Case Notes
This case involves a 36-year-old female patient who underwent a series of surgical procedures including a breast lift, breast reduction using the anchor shape scar, and a tummy tuck that incorporated muscle tightening and liposuction. The targeted areas for these procedures were the abdomen, waist, hips, flanks, and breasts. The post-operative images taken three months after the surgery show notable changes. The breasts appear lifted and subtly reduced in size with improved contouring relative to the patient's frame. She has significant improvement in her symmetry - particularly her nipple / areola position. Our goal was not to significantly reduce size but to remove the pendulous lower portion while preserving cleavage and shape. Additionally, there is visible reduction and enhanced shaping in the abdominal area. The contours of the waist, hips, and flanks also display modifications that contribute to a more defined body silhouette. She is particularly pleased with her new belly button - Dr. Isakson's technique avoids the traditional stigma of tummy tuck surgery with a nearly imperceptible belly button scar!
