Case Notes
This case involves a 38-year-old female who underwent a combination of procedures including a tummy tuck, bilateral breast lift/reduction without implants, and liposuction targeting the abdomen, flanks, waist, and hips. She had a particularly challenging distribution of skin and fat in the hip/ buttock area that is covered by undergarments in preoperative photos and absent in postoperative photos. The breast lift was performed using an anchor technique to address sagging and achieve a lifted contour. The abdominoplasty included muscle tightening and umbilical transposition to refine the abdominal profile. Three months post-operation, the images display a more defined abdominal region with reduced excess skin and fat. The breasts appear elevated with improved symmetry and shape. The overall silhouette shows a more balanced distribution of contours around the treated areas. These results are typical of what can be achieved with these surgical techniques under similar conditions.
