Case Notes
This case involves a 33-year-old female who underwent a circumferential lower body lift and tummy tuck following significant weight loss. The procedures aimed to address excess skin and tissue around the abdomen and lower body. The before image displays extensive skin laxity and folds primarily in the abdominal area, which is common post-massive weight loss. Three months post-operation, the after image shows a notable reduction in excess skin, resulting in a smoother abdominal contour. The surgical scars are visible but are expected to fade with time. This outcome highlights the changes in the abdominal profile and overall lower body shape, achieved through precise surgical techniques tailored to the patient's specific anatomical needs. This surgery is an excellent example of a patient who is "borderline" for a fleur-de-lis pattern tummy tuck but does not want the long midline scar on their tummy. The circumferential lower body lift helps with some of the side to side skin excess but not all. An excellent result, ready to have her back and thighs treated as the next step!
