This case involves a 54-year-old female patient who underwent a mommy makeover, which included breast lift/reduction and revision abdominoplasty with muscle tightening and umbilical transposition. She had previous liposuction for a BBL and a "mini-" tummy tuck that left her with severe contour irregularities of the skin and a persistently prominent abdomen. She wanted an improvement in her skin and tummy contours, and wanted to feel less large and saggy in her chest. The before image displays the pre-operative state with notable abdominal protrusion and breast volume. Three months post-operation, the after image shows a reduction in abdominal volume and a more defined waistline. The breasts appear lifted with reduced volume, achieving a more balanced proportion relative to the patient’s frame. The surgical interventions targeted excess skin and adipose tissue while enhancing contour definition in both the abdominal and breast regions. The revision or secondary nature of her surgery made the definitive treatment with Dr. Matthew Isakson even more difficult, but they still managed to get a significant improvement in contour and character.
