This case involves a 54-year-old female patient who underwent a bilateral thigh lift using an avulsion technique complemented by liposuction. The pre-operative image displays significant skin laxity and excess tissue around the thighs, marked for surgical intervention. Post-operatively, at three months, the results exhibit a notable reduction in excess skin and improved contour of the thighs. The surgical incisions appear well-healed with acceptable visible scarring. This procedure was performed to address and reduce skin redundancy while refining the overall thigh contour. The after photo demonstrates the changes in thigh appearance from a lateral perspective, highlighting the tightened skin and smoother silhouette.
