Case Notes
Case Overview: A 48-year-old female patient underwent a Mommy Makeover, focusing on the abdomen, thighs, waist, hips, flanks, and breasts. She had had children and completed her family - after losing about 50 pounds over a 10 year period she was ready to get her pre-kids body back. Previous liposuction and a "mini" tummy tuck didn't get her the results she wanted. She researched many surgeons until she found Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Matthew Isakson. After consultation they discussed her goals and her concerns and finally settled on a surgical plan they felt wound fit her lifestyle and achieve the results she wanted. The surgical procedures included a breast lift without implants and a tummy tuck with muscle repair alongside umbilical transposition. This treatment addressed previous outcomes from aggressive liposuction and a "mini" tummy tuck. Post-Operative Assessment: Three months following surgery, the patient exhibits notable physical changes. The abdominal region shows tightened skin and a more defined contour. This case highlights the technical execution and physical adjustments achieved through specified surgical interventions in this particular patient. The belly button is already looking very natural but is a little swollen and will be nearly imperceptible by 6 months postoperatively!
